Now am sure that your way is working ok, my only problem now is that the
Alt+tab, when i hit it to cycle through my open windows inside the windows 7,
it through m out of VMware, can’t i do something that prevent this from
happening?

Hi there, there’s a couple ways to get this sorted.
Sometimes, if you’re in full screen mode it’s hard to get control of the
virtual environment or the windows inside the vm fusion. One thing you can do
is hit the zoom button to the left of the fusion toolbar and then try.
