I wouldn't want to mislead you… :) There are a number of different ways to open
the context menu: VO-Shift-M, clicking the TrackPad with two fingers, holding
the control key and clicking the TrackPad with one finger, or even, I believe,
clicking with one finger on the right hand side

To add to Anne's explanation, to delete or rename templates from the templates
chooser (i.e. the dialog that appears when you press command-n to open a new
document) just navigate to it, bring the mouse and do a physical control-click
with a TrackPad or similar.

internet was just for Pages 09 and that doesn't work anymore.
