I don’t understand why the french translators wont talk to the blind community.

It seems to happen with just one voice installed and only French set as a
language. I don’t often use our French-language computer, except to answer
questions and when I know I’m going to have to teach something specific. My own
MacBook Air runs in English with a French voice inst

This happened to me on high sierra 13.2 eta. not sure if it happens in
final version because I clean installed the system completely in
English. I don't use French localization but Spanish.

I have not seen this issue in Hi Sierra with swedish localization.
Does it happens randomly and is it with multiple or just one tts installed?
I try to understand what’s going on really.
Its strange that apple wont bother with the french localization for VoiceOver
on the mac.

This is a question for anyone who runs High Sierra generally in another
language other than English.
Many members of my French list are having a lot of trouble with VoiceOver
switching to the Alex voice for no apparent reason when they have a perfectly
good French voice selected
