Actually, it makes sense, in a way. The content shown inside the frame comes
from a different source and is loaded into it, and because it comes from a
different page, the JavaScript cookie isn't recognized using the setting and
the fields don't show, but instead shows you the warning. This

This makes no sense. The default setting for cookies, "allow for
websites I visit," should allow for the page to work.
Craig check your privacy setting in safari and see if cookies are allowed
