If a sighted person sets up your device, and turns VO off at the beginning of
set up, toggling voiceover on/off will no longer be the default action for
triple press of home.

It depends. With my 4 and then the 4S, I had to enable this setting. You can
ask the store representative to set this up for you.

setting Triple Click Home. Double tap this, by default VoiceOver is off. Swipe

I recently purchased a new iPhone 4S and have a question.
How can I turn VoiceOver on or off without requiring sighted assistance?
On my iTouch, I was able to do this by tapping the home button thrice.
However, I don't see the 'triple click home' option under
accessibility on my iPhone 4S.
