The site is not very well optimized but first view time from Dulles Virginia USA via 1.5Mbit DSL was just 2.96 seconds. 842ms of that was waiting on the DNS lookup which is very slow. Sounds like they might be having some kind of issues with their DNS. A lot of webpagetest.org's report is image

I can't help you with the dns issue but here is a message from another list of how to convert text to mp3 or what not in itunes. There are two ways to get text into audio. in terminal, type "man say" without the quotes and press enter. I say this because it has some different stuff you can do
