Once you're connected, command-down-arrow will take you inside a folder and
option-down-arrow will download a file. Unfortunately, the progress bar for
downloads isn't accessible, but you'll be notified through the notification
center when the download's complete.

I've just downloaded ciberduck, and can barely make heads or tails of it. I
want to open a directory on a friend's ftp server, but the command+O function
only seems to want me to reconnect to the server, or another server entirely,
and I have no idea what to do after that.
