The MIT Accessibility Club is looking for feedback from blind and visually
impaired users of tech to help them understand some of the problems with
accessibility. The club works with disabled individuals to solve problems in a
hack-a-thon style using software and hardware. The survey can be

If you can not find it then it might be a bit problematic I guess.
But you should be able to interact with the slider and adjust it with the arrow
keys.
