There is an option for Settings. Once you go into settings, there is a button
four-page identification. Apparently, that is turned off by default. That needs
to be turned on so that voiceover will tell you to go to the left and play

You need to go into settings and turn on page identification. That way, voice
over will tell you things like move to the left etc. It will also use the word
away if it doesn't see it.
