There are clear guidelines on how to make menus accessible which includes keyboard controls, focus management and correct use of ARIA attributes. Much of this is documented in the w3c ARIA design patterns. Here is a link to the menubar specific stuff: http://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-practices/#m

Actually I was asked to test the site. I found it very difficult to bring up the Religious School link under learn. And also the Facebook lik and twitter link near the top don't say facebook and twitter in VoiceOver but Temple Rodef Shalom instead. With Jaws and IE8 the Twitter and Facebook

Hello, Temple Rodef Shalom in NOrther Virginia just updated their web site and it has a mouse over type of menu that uses a "menu.js" I can with some finagling pull down the menus in the list, but it is very inefficient. If somebody could look at http://TempleRodefShalom.org and give me advi
