There are clear guidelines on how to make menus accessible which
includes keyboard controls, focus management and correct use of ARIA
attributes. Much of this is documented in the w3c ARIA design patterns.

the Religious School link under learn. And also the Facebook lik and twitter
link near the top don't say facebook and twitter in VoiceOver but Temple Rodef
