Are you using the beta of iOS 9.2? If so, you won't get it because iOS 9.2 beta
5 is the same as the official release.

Hi,
For some reason, my iPhone software update will not download the newest IOS
version.
I have to connect to iTunes to get the new update.
Any way to fix this besides iTunes?
I'm using an iPhone 5.
