Yes, it is awful, fortunately I had the last version of skype 7 on my
external hard drive and I went back to that, I'm sure there will come a
time when this will no longer work, but I will use it until that
happens, or until the new skype is more useable, right now it's very
difficult, if not i

conclusion, and some to my knowledge have reverted to an earlier version.

Favorites are like a heading in the sidebar. VO right after you here
favorites and they should be listed.
If you want to add a contact to favorites, click the favorite checkbox
in the contacts list. That's about all
