Its in the Apple menu. Press VO M to go to the menu bar, and the Apple menu is
the first option. You can also quickly go to sounds settings by pressing FN
option F12 or F11.

I unplug the wire, and plug it back in only to have the source changed to
microphone.
I'm trying to change back to where things were before.
