same device as the system or can be controlled independently of the system. The
control is under the Sounds pane of VoiceOver Utility. I prefer to have mine

I am fairly confident that there is no AppleScript terminology to change the
output destination. The output word is used in VoiceOver terminology to output
a string to they synthesizer. You might be able to use one of the sound
manipulation programs like AirFoil or Audio HiJack to change the out
