you have backed up and their names and when your all backed up then your device

Has anyone on I O S ever experienced this?
I had an issue with my phone this morning. I don't know what it thought it's
problem was, but the short version of the story is, I had to restore the dad
blamed thing to factory settings.
I had a backup which I'd made in ITunes. I tried restoring fro
