If you can tab to the button, you may be able to simply press space to
activate it.
Alternatively, have you tried routing the mouse pointer to the button
in question and then using Vo shift space to click on it? That may do
the trick.

that all is filled out, there is an unlabeled button to complete everything,
and nothing I do is executing it: I have tried hitting Return;
