Well, not in real time like a chat thing or such. It is capable of multiple
translation windows but it's not automated or anything. It's still a matter of
typing into one pane while the other pane translates on the fly.

This actually uses the Google translation engine but it's pretty much
instantaneous. Very, very cool.
