Yep, go to your system tray, then find the bootcamp icon. Open up the Bootcamp
preferences from the system tray's context menu. Go to the keyboard tab, and
you should find the option.

Press the start button and type in Boot Camp.
After entering the Boot Camp Control Panal insure that the keyboard tab is
selected.
Tab around until you hear “ use all f1, f2, f3, etcas standard function
keys”.
Check this box and you should be good to go.
