You are not able to send Youtube videos to iTunes, iTunes does not house audio or video podcasts. iTunes is just a search reposatory for podcasts & will take an RSS feed. It will then check the RSS feed frequently for new & updated content. You are not able to download Youtube videos. I'd sugges

I delete my podcasts by going down the list in Itunes and pressing the delete sequence. I then get a message asking me whether I want to keep the podcast in my music library or whether I want to move it to the trash. I think you have to do it for each podcast that has already been download
