For mobile content, you'll be fine with AAC at 128 kbps. This sounds much better than MP3 at higher frequencies and will fit nicely on a 32 GB iPhone or iPod. If you're listening at home or with headphones on a lazy afternoon, AAC at 256 kbps will sound great, even for music with lots of dynam
