Thanks for confirming that you are getting the busy busy when trying to VO to a
menu. I hate to say it but I'm glad I'm not the only one. Gave up playing with
Skype for the day, as what I would have thought took a fe minutes turned into
hours.

Hi, I have no answer for you but i can report that as soon as i click or right
click to bring up a menu, the "busy busy" thing starts here. I wonder if it's
strictly a voiceover thing or if it is something that concerns other users as
well?

I am not having any issues with skype either.
Just logged in to see if there was a problem. I got busy when skype was trying
to load contacts etc but after that it was fine.

I did some testing on links, and have to say it is a pain in the rear, but they
can be managed. Still need to figure the best way to consistently open them.

Skype is working beautifully on my Mac Mini 2009 running Mountain Lion, and it
is completely accessible. I get very brief "busy" messages when trying to
access the home screen, but these go away within seconds. You might try a Skype
reinstall and see if it helps.
