This is now only available with mountain lion.
However, you can upgrade to ML from Snow Leopard for $20 from the Appstore.

Nope; it's only available as a beta--and a quirky one at that--under Lion, or
as a full-featured app under Mountain Lion. I can't wait to upgrade.
