Thank you for this. Tetween your help and Sarah's, I got Mac to see both the
stream with it's current card, and now I'll know how to get the new card
working. Hopefully copy and paste will work as they should this time. But, if
not, I have a training session on Tuesday.

I can answer part of your question. Format the SD card on the Victor Stream
itself. Press the 7 key 4 times; when you hear it say Format, then press the #
key and it will ask you to press it again to confirm.
