Facebook is not a pain if you set the user agent to Internet Explorer or
Firefox. How to do this go to Safari open the Facebook site go to the
develop menu go to the user agent submenu open it and choose one of the
two browsers listed.

Facebook is a pain to use on the MBP. I hope it beccomes more accessible. The
iphone app has done some good things yet has broken the friends list. If they
fix one thing, they break something else.

least for the chat part, more stable than using Safari I would think.

The chat is accessable w/ VO if you change from Group to DOM mode. For
whatever reason, DOM mode works much better for HTML content that is
getting updated. This might be one of those places where using
AppleScript with VO might make sense. If there is a call back when
windows change that
