Hello Jean:
The command now is CMD+Space bar instead of the old one. You just go with Vo
Down arrow and in the person you want to add, you do CMD+enter until the person
is added.

When you are on a call, you need to open the shared menu. From here, there is
an option to add people. Find the people you want and then when you find the
contact, press return twice. Now, let's say you have three people on a
conference. Each person has their own special menu. Open the menu
are these people in the contact list of your mac?
