My guess is 3 finger swipe up but look at 3 finger flick to refresh as aposed to notifications which is tap status bar which is the top edge of the screen. VO only has so many reasonable ways to tap flick swipe slide etc. I'm not assuming VO is on or off but rather what possible forms of reasona

For the record, iOS 7 will be available for the iPhone 4 and higher, all iPads except for the original, and only the 5th gen iPod. They did confirm that it will be a fall release, but didn't specify a date. My somewhat educated guess would be September, but you really never can tell with Apple. Sc
