I tried Twitterific on the iPhone and didn't like it. I mostly use the Twitter
app for iPhone, and when necessary go directly onto Twitter.com using Safari on
the Mac. Neither is perfect but both are manageable. I've found notes
(especially on the iPhone) a big help when posting trickier twee

I use Twitterific for the Mac and it’s pretty good. They have even added some
new features since I got it several months ago. You get it from the Mac App
Store.
