Hi, In Disk Utility, make sure that the 5 TB Seagate item is selected. Select Partition from the ToolBar. Choose one partition from the number of partitions menu and make sure that the format is set to MacOS Extended (Journaled). Press the Options button and make sure it is set to a GUID Par
