That was a great suggestion that I had forgotten about, but it did not work
initially. So, I contacted Apple Accessibility, who gave me these steps:
1. Open Photos and select the video you wish to edit.
2. Activate Edit, button.
3. Move focus of VoiceOver until you are on the Start of
Hi Pete did you try a pass-through gesture? You know double tap and hold then
slide while on those sliders. I’m not saying that that works just that
sometimes these controls do respond to pass-through gestures
