Personally, i use Apples notes app for this. More and more applications are
useing cloud services for synchronization across systems. It certainly prevents
wasting time manually copying files. If you need security for this, then
1Password secure notes is a good option

Hi Jason. this is Helga. How are you? I use dropbox on my Mac, and my iPhone.
The way dropbox app works is that you save the file in dropbox on your mac
computer, then you can look at it on your dropbox app on your iPhone. Word
files work with dropbox sometimes, but it is mostly recommended
