Never heard of this before. Apparently there is a sysdiagnose command in
terminal which dumps a pile of system information into a set of files
with the idea that you could send it to Apple to help resolve some

It's been happening for quite a while, despite restarting the machine many
times. I probably saw the first instance a few months ago. Now, I think it's
happening more often, though.
