SMB:// at the start of your computer name that the shared drive is on,
The problem you may get here is that the mac wont write to a windows NTFS file
system
So unless your wifes windows computer is an xfat or fat32 file system you will
only be able to read from the windo
Your Mac requires that the windows account you are signing in to have a
proper username and password. You cannot use guest. You will need to make
sure you have a password setup on your Windows 7 user account, and that
your Windows 7 user account has full permission to access that shared
Drive.
