Hi,
Back in the days of OS 9 and OS X being available on the same drive, you could
hold down the "x" key to tell your Mac to start in OS X. It might still work,
it's worth a try anyway.

You might also want to install the Refit boot manager. It lets you press the
letter of the system you want, and there's no need to hold down option to get
it to come up. When I used Bootcamp, I used Refit and loved it. It's free, too.

You can use the right or left arrows when in the startup manager after
holding down the option key during startup, or when in OS X, select, Startup
Disk, from System Preferences and I believe you can pick your Windows partition
there as well.
