QuickTime Player is the only thing that comes to my mind.
Its quite simple to use.

I don’t think you need the loopback app because you can use the mic in the
QuickTime recording too I guess.
Not sure though if the VoiceOver Voices will go through.

Thanks, Kelly. Very useful. For now, I don’t need the voiceover add-on, as in, I don’t need loop back yet. I’m doing this primarily for my wife, who can see and does not use voiceover, who wants to record some tutoring sessions. I will set it up for her and show her how to use it. Thanks very much.
I have been able to do quick recordings with Zoom by setting up a meeting with
myself and then recording it. But if you are planning on doing this a lot,
using loopback and quicktime is probably a lot more efficient.
