Hi, When I had this issue with the videos freezing the game, I wrote to the developer, and he said just quit the game. All of your settings and rewards will still be intact when you restart it. I haven’t had any videos to watch lately, so I am not sure if this is fixed in later updates. Bob Hi

Hi Donna, You would use the nudges if you were trying to spin 3 of the same fruit. For example, you have an apple for reel 1, apple for reel 2 and grapes for reel 3. Towards the right hand side of the screen, there is a nudges button. Double tap this. Voiceover will announce, "Select the reel yo

Nudge bumps the reel from the front symbol to the back symbol. Hold keeps the reel from spinning. You can nudge a reel as often as you wish so long as you have available nudges. you can hold up to two reels at a time. Nudge, hold, and other symbols are unlocked by buying out shops with the chips
