That is because the F key is no longer a F key once you have changed to a non
latin keyboard. I played around a little with Hebrew layouts and discovered
the same thing. I suggest getting / using a numeric keypad, and then
configuring that for the functions you need,

Yes, i'm using a russian layout and english too. On the english all
works, in russian almost nothing. And i can not use the russian layout
when trying to search something by "Ctrl+Option+f"

and the French keyboard layout with no trouble at all. Are you using a layout
that has a completely different character set such as greek or Russian? If so,
