Yes, I have been having the exact same issue on my iPhone 5.
On my wife's iPhone 4S, she is not having the same issue, but she is having the
app crash consistently. The phone's diagnostics is full of Podcast app crash
reports.
It's ridiculous.
I would recommend going
I use Downcast. I have never liked the Apple iOS app it is so unorganized and
buggy.
