your iTunes library? Have you tried doing the opposite and desyncing the
ringtones then going through the syncing process again?

You should be able to connect your iPhone, select it within iTunes, select the
Ring-tones item from the table, then check the box to Sync all Ring-tones, and
final press Apply or Sync.. All Ring-tones on your Mac should then make there
way over to the iPhone.
