Hi Ilkka,
thanks! I've bookmarked the instructions page for future reference. :)
The biggest thing was to get it to find this one intersection, because some
bozo took the sign out, so drivers who don't know where it is have a hard time
finding it. Once I got it set up as a favorite, Blindsqua

I tried the Apple Maps tracking, and it spoke many intersections but not this
particular one. I hadn't thought of the location-based reminder, though,
that's a great suggestion. thanks!

Good Morning,
Two things you might have tried:
1. Create a location based reminder (( tell SIRI remind me when I get to here )
2. When The apple Maps tracking with coordinates is on, it usually speaks
intersections as you pass them.
Best of luck!

Hi Gigi,
It did. I had just figured out that I needed to plan a route to get it to
access Apple Maps when I saw your message. I was able to search and find the
intersection, and now have it set as a favorite, so will see what happens the
next time I'm out. thanks so much for the help, and al
I was under the impression blindsquare worked with multiple gps apps, which I
used to have installed, mapquest and scout maps being one of them, but the only
options that ever showed up for some reason, were apple maps and google maps,
does anyone know why that is?

You have to pick plan a trip once you have identified to the program the place
either by searching or having it in your favorites. when you choose plan a
trip, you will be asked which program you want to use, although in your case it
might go directly to Apple Maps since you don’t have Navigon o
Hi Gigi,
How do I tell BlindSquare to send my coordinates to Apple Maps? I see ways to
text or email my location to people, but nothing that seems to send coordinates
to Maps.
thanks,

Hi George and Gigi,
thanks for these suggestions. I'm exhausted right now, but tomorrow will try
them out. It's the craziest thing. I live on a street with about seven houses
out in the middle of nowhere. Blind square finds my street, as well as many
other tiny little streets. But this par
Hello again Donna
I just tried searching for an intersection with blind square. It worked. What I
did in my case was to type Garland Road and Buckner Dallas. So if you want to
try this, try typing in the name of your intersection followed by your city.
Then try planning a route to it and what it
Hi there
It sounds like you might want to consider blind Square and naviggon paired
together. I don't know if you are aware of this, but at least the last I
checked, and I have both of them, even though blind square doesn't have turn by
turn, you can tell it to send court ordinates of wherever y
First of all stop when you can at that intersection and make one of your poi's
and have your poi's as part of the announced items in blind square that should
do it for you if you wish to save funds.
Navigon only announces the next turn in your created route.
