settings, general and then date and time. There’s a setting for setting your
time automatically. If there is on, you might want to chocolate off and then
back on and restart your phone and see if it fixes the

You need the new iPhone 3g s to get voice over.
It's not part of the new os 3.0 for the existing iPhone.
