Most of the time, I don't find it necessary to move the mouse cursor to the VO
cursor. Generally, I just find one needs to be just interacting when in a
table or list.

I know when snow leopard first came out, having the mouse follow VO would cause
some very buggy behavior. Especially when navigating the menubar. Personally,
I have my mouse cursor following VO. I don't notice much bad behaior because
of it. At least not anymore using OSX 10.64.
