I have been really in doubt if the watch is worth it for me, it have too do with me being doing yoga, and i am not sure how it will see all the diffrent posses we do in Hathatha yoga, and or yin yoga, so well a timer is what works for me , for the most poses. Sent from my iPad > On 29 Jan 2020

Hi Anders, No, the work-out doesn't stop at the end of the specified time. Your watch will just ding--and vibrate, and that's how you'll know you hit the 7 minutes. I think that's how most people want it. For example, I set my elliptical time for 30 minutes. That's the minimum amount of time I
