Hello Maurice,
Have you tried working with tables in a Word document on the mac side? It used
to be impossible so I was wondering whether you had any experience of tables in
Word on the mac. Another word processing app on the Mac, Nisus Writer, was
very promising but for the tables again. It

Okay, thanks. I have an Office 365 subscription, but the actual apps are
installed on my Mac. They would just be updated automatically from the internet.

I also have a stand alone version which I bought late last fall. I don't know
if it's still available or not. But I paid a one-time fee, thus avoiding the
whole subscription thing.

Hello, I use Microsoft Word for the Mac practically on a daily basis. The ways
that I’ve made it work for me, is by first going to that ribbon. I stop
interacting with it then I get to the point where it will show me the text
that’s currently in the document. I interact with that and I’m able to
How is the issue of accessibility of Tables in Word on mac? That used to be a
major stumbling block as it has been on all the other ones on the Mac platforms

Kawal,
I still have some issues with MS-Word on the Mac, and wonder if you can share

Yes I find when using word on the Mac that it is less responsive and it does
not always respond to commands to move by para etc so I typically still use
pages but do use word for a couple of things - normally sharing files to one
drive for collaborative working with peers. Interestingly I find t

Do you have the problem where arrowing around a document in Word for Mac is

Hi all
Just a note which is probably stating the obvious, but if you're having trouble
with Microsoft Word or any part of the Microsoft sweet then please please feed
it back to them! I have!! The only way they'll listen to us and improve their
accessibility for us is if as many people as pos

Hi Krister,
Thank you for confirming this. I think it's fair to say that I've given
Microsoft Office a good chance on the mac but I find it difficult to justify
subscribing to Office365 any longer. I shall have to pull the plug on this and
just stick to Pages and office on the Windows side I
Hi,
What i’m going to say now will not help you in the least and for that i’m
sorry. However, I can partly confirm the behaviour you see, only i can’t read
anything but some changes in attributes such as font, style etc if i’m lucky,
