Unfortunately that is easy! There isn't any!
Maybe someday Amazon will decide our money is worth the expense they'd incur by
making it accessible.
The only Kindle that is somewhat accessible is the old Kindle Keyboard which
when speech is turned on will become somewhat usable. However a sited p
do a google search for "David Woodbridge" and hopefully you'll find his
excellent series of podcasts for the Mac Operating system. He has several
series, but there is a basic beginner series that I found very helpful.

but other folks may have Ideas. I know of one Tech Doctor podcast that
compares Mac with VoiceOver to JFW. You may get more ideas to refer to on this
