As far as I know!
As long as the headset is A2dp compliant it should work!
So it will come down to your like's and budget and style!
Sorry if I got it wrong but people use them with Iphones and it should not be
different for Mac's!

That perpetual scan will turn the machine to sludge. So if your HDMI
screen answers back to the mac, even if that input is not selected on
