Hi, the only thing I can think of at the moment is that maybe a status identifier has got stuck or is corrupt. Try going into iTunes Prefs, in the Advanced tab and press the button to reset all warnings. Once this has been reset, connect your iPad and make sure to read all dialogs that appear
