I'm a little late weighing in on this, but I have a MacBook air that I rarely
use. I use it about twice a week to download things that I can't really
download to my iPhone or iPad. Other than that, I've gotten very used to using
my iPhone and iPod as my main devices for everything.
I find that
Christopher, not to worry; your fears were totally unfounded. :) I very much
prefer Mac to Windows. If it means I have to use iPods for financial reasons,
so be it. I think I'll be able to get something else soon, though.

Thanks for the kind words. I really have no idea about the recycling program as
such. It's possible they would pay if the computer still worked to some extent.
I wouldn't even wish a fried logic board on my worst enemy. I don't think. LOL

curious; how does the recycling program work? Did they pay you anything for
your Mac given the fact it was being recycled? Personally, I'm going to hang
onto this one as long as I can. The newer ones are not up
