the only thing I can suggest is to use a browser, but I'll check some more.

Upon further reading, it appears that HTML streams such as this one are not
compatible with iTunes. The Open Stream item in iTunes has restrictions to
iTunes compatible formats. So, Podcasts and/or iTunes Radio sorts of streams
will work but Flash based streams embedded in web content are

I've never tried this, but you should be able to go up to the File menu, down
to Open Stream and enter/paste in the URL. I believe the keyboard shortcut is
cmd-u when in iTunes.
