I tried your Adium suggestion, but it didn't work. For whatever reason, I
cannot authorize a contact using Adium and VO. I have a suspicion, however,
that Voice Over is not at fault. Truth be told, I am reasonably convinced that
I myself am doing something wrong.
If I only knew
I don't have Adium, but perhaps you might try mouse-clicking on the
"authorize contact" button (with control-option-shift-space). I might
give Adium a try based on this thread as I am considering a voice chat
app.
