Check out the Cisco Linksys routers. I've never had a problem with security or
anything else with any of the several Linksys routers I have used over the
years. And the gigabytes ones are ultra fast too!

AirPort Extreme in my opinion is the way to go. Very easy to configure, great
coverage, and just a good router.

with the Apple routers.
